Troubleshooting

There are two different YO Apps available.  Please make sure you have the correct one installed:

YO 1.0

• The box does not display a WiFi logo anywhere.
• The product REF number (found on the barcode sticker) is NOT: YO-FA-01633-00, YO-FA-01634-00, or YO-FA-01635-00.
• The YO logo does NOT light up when you plug-in YO.
• If you have the wrong App installed, DOWNLOAD THE 1.0 APP VERSION HERE.

YO 2.0 (WiFi connection) – new release for 2021

• The box will display the WiFi logo.
• There is a QR scan code on the front of the box.
• REF numbers on the product barcode sticker will be YO-FA-01633-00, YO-FA-01634-00, or YO-FA-01635-00.
• The YO logo lights up when you plug in YO.
• If you have the wrong App installed, DOWNLOAD THE 2.0 APP VERSION HERE.
